Shipping Policy

At Ecozoica Apothecary, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping timelines, policies, and what to do if you encounter an issue with your order.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders will ship within 1-2 business days after your purchase is completed. Please note that these times may be extended during high-volume periods or holidays.
  • Products listed as “Back-ordered” may require additional processing time. Refer to the specific product description or contact us for more details.

Shipping Methods

  • All purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order.
  • Some items may not include a tracking number (e.g., lightweight items under 10 oz). For items over 10 oz, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.

Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple products, they may ship separately as items are ready. You will receive individual shipping confirmation emails for each package.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • If the error is on our end, we will cover the cost of reshipping.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at ecozoicarising@gmail.com with the subject line “DAMAGED”.
  2. Include the following:
    • Photos of the damaged item(s).
    • A screenshot of your receipt.
    • Details about the damage.

This helps us quickly process a replacement and file a claim with USPS.

Special Circumstances

  • We strive to ensure timely shipping; however, external factors (e.g., weather or carrier delays) may impact delivery times.
  • During peak seasons or special product launches, processing times may increase slightly. Your patience is appreciated as our small team carefully prepares your orders.

Custom and Handcrafted Items

All of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches. This ensures the highest quality but may result in slight variations or extended preparation times. We will communicate any significant delays directly.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept any returns or exchanges. If there is a quality related issue that you are unhappy about, please email us at ecozoicarising@gmail.com, and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
